Tex-Mex casserole

Ingredients:
- 175g ground beef
- 50g crushed tomatoes
- 50g grated cheese
- 15g jalapenos
- 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 c(400 F).
- Fry the ground beef in coconut oil until cooked through and no longer pink. Add the spices and tomatoes and mix together.
- Place the ground-beef mixture in a small baking dish and top with jalapeons and cheese. Bake on upper rack in oven for 10-15
minutes and serve.
