Tex-Mex casserole

    Ingredients:

    • 175g ground beef
    • 50g crushed tomatoes
    • 50g grated cheese
    • 15g jalapenos
    • 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 c(400 F).
    2. Fry the ground beef in coconut oil until cooked through and no longer pink. Add the spices and tomatoes and mix together.
    3. Place the ground-beef mixture in a small baking dish and top with jalapeons and cheese. Bake on upper rack in oven for 10-15 minutes and serve.
