Steak and Broccoli Stir fry
Serves 1:

Ingredients:
- 175g rib eye steak
- 125g broccoli
- 70g onion
- ½ tablespoon tamari soya sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
- Slice the steak into strips and chop the broccoli (including the stem) and onion.
- Heat up half the butter in a frying pan or wok, add the meat and cook until brown. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and put to the side.
- Next, add the chopped broccoli and onions to the same frying pan that cooked the meat with the rest of the butter and cook until tender/brown. Add the meat back to the pan with the broccoli and onions, add soy sauce and stir until heated.
- Serve immediately with pumpkin seeds sprinkled on top.
