Steak and Broccoli Stir fry

Serves 1:

    Ingredients:

    • 175g rib eye steak
    • 125g broccoli
    • 70g onion
    • ½ tablespoon tamari soya sauce
    • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
    • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

    Instructions:

    1. Slice the steak into strips and chop the broccoli (including the stem) and onion.
    2. Heat up half the butter in a frying pan or wok, add the meat and cook until brown. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and put to the side.
    3. Next, add the chopped broccoli and onions to the same frying pan that cooked the meat with the rest of the butter and cook until tender/brown. Add the meat back to the pan with the broccoli and onions, add soy sauce and stir until heated.
    4. Serve immediately with pumpkin seeds sprinkled on top.
