Homemade Pizza
Serves 2:
- Carbs: 4 grams
- Fats : 46 grams

- Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- Crust
- 360 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 175 g almond flour
- 120 grams cream cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Topping
- 225 g Italian sausage
- 125 ml unsweetened tomato sauce
- 360 g shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Line baking tray with greaseproof paper
- Mix cream cheese, grated cheese almond flour and egg
- Place on baking tray and flatten into pizza shape
- Please in the over for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add tomato sauce, spreading sauce evenly over pizza base.
- Top with cheese, add chorizo and cook for a further 10 minutes
