Homemade Pizza

Serves 2:

  • Nutritional info per serving:
    • Carbs:                    4 grams

    • Cooking time:       30 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • Crust
    • 360 g shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 175 g almond flour
    • 120 grams cream cheese
    • 1 egg
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • Topping
    • 225 g Italian sausage
    • 125 ml unsweetened tomato sauce
    • 360 g shredded mozzarella cheese

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    2. Line baking tray with greaseproof paper
    3. Mix cream cheese, grated cheese almond flour and egg
    4. Place on baking tray and flatten into pizza shape
    1. Please in the over for 10 minutes.
    2. Remove from the oven and add tomato sauce, spreading sauce evenly over pizza base.
    3. Top with cheese, add chorizo and cook for a further 10 minutes
