Rib Eye Steak With Mushrooms and Onion

Serves 1:

    Ingredients:

    • 150g rib eye steak
    • 15 spears of asparagus
    • 100g of mushrooms
    • 100g broccoli
    • 1 large onion
    • 1 tablespoon of garlic butter
    • salt and pepper

    Instructions:

    1. In a small pot add boiling water, a pinch of salt,asparagus and broccoli and cook for 5-8 minutes until soft.
    2. Next, add a small amount of butter to a frying pan and cook the rib eye on a medium to high heat, depending on your own preferences.
    3. After 5 minutes add chopped mushrooms and onions and cook until starting to brown. Remove the steak once it is cooked to your liking.
    4. Serve steak and garlic butter with asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms and onions.
