Rib Eye Steak With Mushrooms & Onions
Rib Eye Steak With Mushrooms and Onion
Serves 1:

Ingredients:
- 150g rib eye steak
- 15 spears of asparagus
- 100g of mushrooms
- 100g broccoli
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon of garlic butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a small pot add boiling water, a pinch of salt,asparagus and broccoli and cook for 5-8 minutes until soft.
- Next, add a small amount of butter to a frying pan and cook the rib eye on a medium to high heat, depending on your own preferences.
- After 5 minutes add chopped mushrooms and onions and cook until starting to brown. Remove the steak once it is cooked to your liking.
- Serve steak and garlic butter with asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms and onions.
