Creamy Cheese and Broccoli Bake
Serves 6:

Ingredients:
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 1 small head of cauliflower
- 120 grams cream cheese
- 475 grams of grated mixed cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- 120 grams ground almonds
- 120 mls pouring cream
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Break broccoli and cauliflower into florets and boil until tender.
- Add oil to the pan, add chicken breasts and stir until cooked through.
- Using two forks shred the chicken into bite sized pieces.
- In a deep mixing bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli and cauliflower florets, cream cheese and 120 grams of the mixed cheese and garlic granules and mix to combine thoroughly.
- Add cream and mix.
- Add the mix to the casserole dish and spread evenly. The casserole should be slightly packed.
- Top with mixed cheese and almond flour for a crispy casserole top.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes. The entire casserole should be bubbling slightly and the edges brown.
