Creamy Cheese and Broccoli Bake

Creamy Cheese and Broccoli Bake

Serves 6:

    Ingredients:

    • 4 large chicken breasts
    • 1 small head of broccoli
    • 1 small head of cauliflower
    • 120 grams cream cheese
    • 475 grams of grated mixed cheese
    • 1 tbsp garlic granules
    • 120 grams ground almonds
    • 120 mls pouring cream

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
    2. Break broccoli and cauliflower into florets and boil until tender.
    3. Add oil to the pan, add chicken breasts and stir until cooked through.
    4. Using two forks shred the chicken into bite sized pieces.
    5. In a deep mixing bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli and cauliflower florets, cream cheese and 120 grams of the mixed cheese and garlic granules and mix to combine thoroughly.
    1. Add cream and mix.
    2. Add the mix to the casserole dish and spread evenly. The casserole should be slightly packed.
    3. Top with mixed cheese and almond flour for a crispy casserole top.
    4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. The entire casserole should be bubbling slightly and the edges brown.
