Smoked Salmon and cream Cheese Rolls

Serves 1:

    Ingredients:

    • 100g cream cheese
    • 120g smoked salmon slices
    • 1 teaspoon parsley
    • 1 teaspoon chives

    Instructions:

    1. Mix cream cheese with parsley and chives in a small bowl with a wooden spoon.
    2. Lay out the smoked salmon slices and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixtures onto each slice.
    3. Roll up the salmon up into spirals, cutting the rolls in half if too long, and serve.
