Smoked Salmon and cream Cheese Rolls

Ingredients:
- 100g cream cheese
- 120g smoked salmon slices
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon chives
Instructions:
- Mix cream cheese with parsley and chives in a small bowl with a wooden spoon.
- Lay out the smoked salmon slices and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixtures onto each slice.
- Roll up the salmon up into spirals, cutting the rolls in half if too long, and serve.
