Ingredients:
- 1 large ball of buffalo mozzarella
- 1 large beef tomato
- 100g spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
- Slice the mozzarella and tomato into 6 slices each.
- Place the spinach leaves on a plate and top with tomato and mozzarella slices.
- Drizzle olive oil and season to taste.
