Mixed Green Salad With Pecans and Goats Cheese

Ingredients:
- 90g goats cheese
- 20g pecan nuts
- 160g mixed green salad
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Prepare the dressing firstly by mixing the oil, parsley and limejuice in a small bowl.
- Place the mixed greens in a serving bowl and spoon in the dressing.
- Toss the greens with the dressing until fully coated.
- Sprinkle pecans and goats cheese across the top of the greens and serve.
