Mixed Green Salad With Pecans and Goats Cheese

    Ingredients:

    • 90g goats cheese
    • 20g pecan nuts
    • 160g mixed green salad
    • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the dressing firstly by mixing the oil, parsley and limejuice in a small bowl.
    2. Place the mixed greens in a serving bowl and spoon in the dressing.
    3. Toss the greens with the dressing until fully coated.
    4. Sprinkle pecans and goats cheese across the top of the greens and serve.
