Scrambled Eggs With Smoked Salmon And Avocado

Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Avocado

Serves 1:

    • Carbs:                    2 grams

    • Prep time:          2 minutes
    • Cooking time:      3 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • 80g avocado
    • 2 medium eggs
    • 60g butter
    • Salt and pepper

    Instructions:

    1. Put a small saucepan on a low to medium heat and melt the butter.
    2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and use a fork to beat them together.
    3. When the butter has melted in the saucepan, carefully pour in the eggs.
    4. Stir the eggs with a wodden spoon until they look fluffy.
    5. Remove from heat and spoon out onto a plate.
    6. Serve with sliced avocado, smoked salmon and season to taste.
