Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Avocado
Serves 1:
- Carbs: 2 grams
- Fats : 36 grams
- Protein: 29 grams
- Prep time: 2 minutes
- Cooking time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
- 80g avocado
- 2 medium eggs
- 60g butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Put a small saucepan on a low to medium heat and melt the butter.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and use a fork to beat them together.
- When the butter has melted in the saucepan, carefully pour in the eggs.
- Stir the eggs with a wodden spoon until they look fluffy.
- Remove from heat and spoon out onto a plate.
- Serve with sliced avocado, smoked salmon and season to taste.
