Coconut flake Cereal
Serves 8:
- Carbs: 5 grams
- Fats : 27 grams
- Protein: 7 grams
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 120g flaked coconut
- 90g flaked almonds
- 70g hemp seeds
- 50g chia seeds
- 55g coconut oil (melted)
- 20g unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 1500C/3000F/gas 2.
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- Tip the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
