Granola
Serves 10:
- Carbs: 18 grams
- Fats : 27 grams
- Protein: 18 grams
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100g jumbo porridge oats
- 50g flaked almonds
- 50g hazelnuts (crushed)
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 50g walnuts
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 125g Greek yoghurt (to serve with)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 1800C/3500F/gas 4.
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- Tip the granola into an ovenproof dish (lined with greaseproof paper) and bake for 30 minutes,stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
- *Please note the above recipe makes 10 servings.Each serving to be enjoyed with 125g Greek yogurt.*
