Serves 10:

  • Nutritional info per serving:
    • Carbs:                   18 grams
    • Fats :                     27 grams
    • Protein:                 18 grams
    • Prep time:         5 minutes
    • Cooking time:    30 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • 100g jumbo porridge oats
    • 50g flaked almonds
    • 50g hazelnuts (crushed)
    • 50g pumpkin seeds
    • 50g sunflower seeds
    • 50g walnuts
    • 5 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
    • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
    • 125g Greek yoghurt (to serve with)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 1800C/3500F/gas 4.
    2. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
    3. Tip the granola into an ovenproof dish (lined with greaseproof paper) and bake for 30 minutes,stirring occasionally.
    4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
    5. *Please note the above recipe makes 10 servings.Each serving to be enjoyed with 125g Greek yogurt.*
