Pancakes/Waffles
Serves 4:
- Carbs: 6 grams
- Fats : 19 grams
- Protein: 12 grams
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 egg
- 1/3 cup Xylitol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients into smooth batter. Grease pan with butter and cook on medium heat until lightly brown on both sides. Serve with blueberries and cream.
- To make as waffles, simply pour mix onto waffle iron.
