Pancakes/Waffles

Serves 4:

  • Nutritional info per serving:
    • Carbs:                    6 grams
    • Fats :                     19 grams
    • Protein:                  12 grams

    • Cooking time:     10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup almond flour
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 4 egg
    • 1/3 cup Xylitol
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions:

    1. Mix all ingredients into smooth batter. Grease pan with butter and cook on medium heat until lightly brown on both sides. Serve with blueberries and cream.
    2. To make as waffles, simply pour mix onto waffle iron.
