Breakfast Sausage Patties

Serves 1:

    Ingredients:

    • 125g pork mince
    • ½ small egg
    • 1 clove garlic
    • Pinch of dried sage
    • Pinch of dried thyme
    • Pinch of ground nutmeg
    • Pinch of ground cloves
    • Pinch of fennel seeds
    • Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 2 teaspoons of extra virgin
    • coconut oil for cooking

    Instructions:

    1. Place the ground pork, egg, garlic, herbs and seasoning into a bowl and mix together.
    2. Using your hands, form the mixure into 3 small patties.
    3. Grease a pan with coconut oil and place over a medium-high heat.
    4. Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked through (don’t flip too early or they will get stuck on the pan).
