Breakfast Sausage Patties
Serves 1:

Ingredients:
- 125g pork mince
- ½ small egg
- 1 clove garlic
- Pinch of dried sage
- Pinch of dried thyme
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of fennel seeds
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of extra virgin
- coconut oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Place the ground pork, egg, garlic, herbs and seasoning into a bowl and mix together.
- Using your hands, form the mixure into 3 small patties.
- Grease a pan with coconut oil and place over a medium-high heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked through (don’t flip too early or they will get stuck on the pan).
