Berry Smoothie

Serves 1:

  • Nutritional info per serving:
    • Carbs:           15 grams
    • Fats :            35 grams
    • Protein:         1 grams
    • Prep time:                2 minutes
    • Cooking time:            1 minute

    Ingredients:

    • 210ml coconut milk (½ can)
    • 100g fresh strawberries
    • 50g fresh blueberries
    • 1-2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions:

    1. Place all the ingredients except the lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Use canned coconut milk for a creamier consistency.
    2. Add lime to taste and serve with ice.
