Berry Smoothie
Serves 1:

Ingredients:
- 210ml coconut milk (½ can)
- 100g fresh strawberries
- 50g fresh blueberries
- 1-2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients except the lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Use canned coconut milk for a creamier consistency.
- Add lime to taste and serve with ice.
