Serves 1:

  • Nutritional info per serving:
    • Carbs:              10 grams
    • Fats :               32 grams
    • Protein:            28 grams
    • Prep time:           2 minutes
    • Cooking time:       15-20 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • 2 sausages
    • 2 bacon rashers
    • 1 medium egg
    • 100g mushrooms
    • 1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil

    Instructions:

    1. Grease a large pan with coconut oil and heat over medium heat. Place the sausages and the bacon in the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes until cooked through (the sausages will take longer to cook). Once cooked, remove from the pan and keep warm.
    2. Place sliced mushrooms to one side of the same pan you cooked the sausages and bacon in and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
    3. While the mushrooms are cooking crack the egg over the opposite side of the pan.
    4. Once the mushrooms and egg are both cooked, place them on a plate with the sausages and bacon and season to taste.
