Serves 1:

Ingredients:
- 2 sausages
- 2 bacon rashers
- 1 medium egg
- 100g mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions:
- Grease a large pan with coconut oil and heat over medium heat. Place the sausages and the bacon in the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes until cooked through (the sausages will take longer to cook). Once cooked, remove from the pan and keep warm.
- Place sliced mushrooms to one side of the same pan you cooked the sausages and bacon in and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- While the mushrooms are cooking crack the egg over the opposite side of the pan.
- Once the mushrooms and egg are both cooked, place them on a plate with the sausages and bacon and season to taste.
