Green Ginger Smoothie
Serves 1:

Ingredients:
- 150mls tinned coconut milk or coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 30g frozen spinach
- 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, grated
- 75mls of water
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients, except the lime Juice, in a blender and blent until smooth.
- Add lime to taste and serve.
