Green Ginger Smoothie

Serves 1:

    Ingredients:

    • 150mls tinned coconut milk or coconut cream
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 30g frozen spinach
    • 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, grated
    • 75mls of water

    Instructions:

    1. Place all the ingredients, except the lime Juice, in a blender and blent until smooth.
    2. Add lime to taste and serve.
