Chia Pudding
Serves 1:
- Carbs: 12 grams
- Fats : 36 grams
- Protein: 9 grams
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cooking time: 4 hours / overnight
Ingredients:
- 180mls tinned coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanila extract
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a glass bowl or jar.
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge to let gel overnight (or for at least 4 hours). Before eating, check to be sure the pudding has thickened and the chia seeds have gelled.
- Serve with some fresh or frozen berries
