Melt the coconut oil and the butter in a large bowl placed over a saucepan of boiling water.
Once the mix has melted add in the lemon zest and juice, vanilla, cream cheese and xylitol. Use a hand blender or smoothie maker to combine until a mouse like consistency is achieved.
Fill a silicone chocolate mould with the mix.
Store in a freezer and allow 2-3 minutes to thaw slightly before serving.
