Dark Chocolate Brownies
Serves 6:
- Carbs: 14 grams
- Fats : 9 grams
- Protein: 2 grams
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100g 70% dark chocolate
- 100g real butter
- 3 tablespoons xylitol
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
Instructions:
- Melt xylitol in a pan with two tablespoons of water until it runs clear.
- Add in butter and dark chocolate and mix into a chocolate sauce.
- Whisk in the coconut flour one table spoon at a time.
- Use some butter to grease a small baking tray.
- Place in a preheated oven for 12 mins at 180 degrees.
- Allow to cool in the oven for 2 hours.
