    Ingredients:

    • 250g mascarpone cheese
    • 50g xylitol
    • 50g ground almonds
    • Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)

    Instructions:

    1. Melt xylitol in a pan with two tablespoons of water until it runs clear.
    2. Add mascarpone, ground almonds, lemon juice and stir into a paste.
    3. Freeze for 1 hour and serve.
