Homemade Chocolates

Serves 6:

  • Nutritional info per serving:
    • Carbs:                    9 grams
    • Fats :                     25 grams
    • Protein:                  5 grams
    • Prep time:         10 minutes
    • Cooking time:     20 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • 100g coconut oil
    • 100g meridian peanut butter
    • 3 tablespoons xylitol
    • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions:

    1. Melt xylitol in a pan with two tablespoons of water until it runs clear.
    2. Add in peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao powder and vanilla extract and stir until fully liquid.
    3. Allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes and pour into mould.
    4. Place mould in freezer for 20 minutes or the fridge for 1 hour.
    5. Enjoy as an after dinner treat.
