Homemade Chocolates
Serves 6:
- Carbs: 9 grams
- Fats : 25 grams
- Protein: 5 grams
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100g coconut oil
- 100g meridian peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons xylitol
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Melt xylitol in a pan with two tablespoons of water until it runs clear.
- Add in peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao powder and vanilla extract and stir until fully liquid.
- Allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes and pour into mould.
- Place mould in freezer for 20 minutes or the fridge for 1 hour.
- Enjoy as an after dinner treat.
