Cherry and Dark Chocolate parfait
Serves 4:
- Carbs: 11 grams
- Fats : 5 grams
- Protein: 7 grams
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
- 250g Greek yoghurt
- 12 cherries, pitted
- 4 tablespoons flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50g Greek yoghurt & 10 cherries (for layers)
- Grated dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
- Add 250g Greek yoghurt, 12 cherries and vanilla extract to a blender and blend for 20 secs.
- Add in flaked coconut and stir in with a spoon.
- Spoon this mixture into serving glass.
- Add another layer of Greek yoghurt into glass.
- Top this layer with pitted cherries.
- Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5.
- Sprinkle the top with grated dark chocolate (optional) and serve.
