Soda Bread
Serves 6:
- Carbs: 2 grams

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 15 grams of coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon stevia or xylitol
- 180 grams of almond flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
- Grease bread tin and set aside
- Preheat oven to 180 C/350 F
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, stevia and salt in a mixing bowl and thoroughly mix in apple cider vinegar and sour cream.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and add to the mix ensuring it forms a smooth dough and shape into a circular loaf, score an X into the top with a knife
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a golden brown colour.
