Cheesy Naan Bread
Serves 2
- Carbs: 3 grams
- Fats : 25 grams

Ingredients:
- 10 grams of Parmesan Cheese
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- Pinch of parsley
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tablespoons full fat cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 200 C/390 F and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites and add the cream cheese to the yolks and mix well.
- Add curry powder and baking powder to egg whites and whisk.
- Mix the egg yolk and cheese mixture and fold through carefully.
- Share out the mixture into 3 or 4 sections on the baking tray and place into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill on a high setting and melt butter in saucepan with crushed garlic and parsley.
- Pour melted butter over each naan bread and place under the grill for 2 minutes.
