Cheesy Naan Bread

Serves 2

  • Nutritional Info per slice:
    • Carbs:               3 grams

    Ingredients:

    • 10 grams of Parmesan Cheese
    • 2 teaspoons of butter
    • Pinch of parsley
    • 2 medium eggs
    • 2 tablespoons full fat cream cheese
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 200 C/390 F and line a baking tray with baking paper.
    2. Separate egg yolks from egg whites and add the cream cheese to the yolks and mix well.
    3. Add curry powder and baking powder to egg whites and whisk.
    4. Mix the egg yolk and cheese mixture and fold through carefully.
    5. Share out the mixture into 3 or 4 sections on the baking tray and place into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
    6. Preheat the grill on a high setting and melt butter in saucepan with crushed garlic and parsley.
    7. Pour melted butter over each naan bread and place under the grill for 2 minutes.
