Vanilla Pecans

Serves 10:

  • Nutritional Info per slice
    • Carbs:              1 gram
    • Fats :               14 grams
    • Protein:            1 gram

    • Cooking time:       10-12 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • 250 grams of pecans
    • 10 grams Xylitol
    • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 60 grams of butter

    Directions:

    1. Line a baking tray with grese proof paper and preheat oven to 180 C/350 F
    2. Melt the butter on a low heat and stir the xylitol, cinnamon and vanilla into the melted butter, add the pecans and mix well
    3. Spread pecans on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, ensuring they do not burn
    4. Allow to cool and fully harden before placing in an air tight container
